Are you feeling stuck? — READ THIS

I’m not ready yet, I’m not ready yet, I’m not ready yet – has this been your mantra?  No, I can’t quite take a chance, move forward, do something different – walk across the tightrope with eyes closed and hope for the best — don’t do that to yourself!

If you aren’t ready to move forward – then don’t take on projects or tasks that you aren’t fully equipped to handle.  Why?  Because that is where you are at and there is everything right with being exactly where you are at.

Do not fake it till you make it no matter how often people tell you it has given them more confidence to pursue and push through seeming obstacles (your own lack of readiness?).  Fake it til you make it is really bad advice.  It implies that you should not be authentic and it implies that you should not embrace the present moment.  It means to embrace a feeling that is not you right now.

In the law of attraction they say to embody how you would feel, think and act if you had whatever it is you are wanting to create or attract.  To do this, you have to (yes, I just said ‘have to’ ugh) embrace or shall we say, get down and dirty, with what you feel (and think) right now.  Once you do that and peel that thorny thorn out – you are a bit closer to your light of authentic being.  Trust me – it works.  However, you have to want to do it.  It’s not a walk in the park — that comes after you do the work!

You will know if you are holding yourself back out of fear or if you truly don’t have it all together right now to make a move.  That is okay.

The energy of Mars wants to take action – not all Mars placements are adept at taking action in the way Mars intends – and that is the flip side of Mars – impulsive—so if you take impulsive action you will see how the result lands (Saturn) and the lesson (Jupiter) you take from that action.

For example, if your Mars is in an air sign – you probably have said this mantra ‘I’m not ready yet’ many times especially if Mars is in Libra – you hold back.  Mars in an air sign is about taking action on ideas – so our ideas come from a mental place and our action comes from behavior – so it takes time before an idea becomes manifested within the body to take action – so it’s okay to wait.  It is okay.

Now, we want to wait before we take action because we need to visualize what we want.  We aren’t aimlessly waiting for something outside of us to tell us what we want — we decide all on our very own!  How cool!

We need to dream a little bit about what we want to create for ourselves.  It is that ‘law of attraction’ puzzle piece that assists us in manifesting what would truly nurture our soul’s purpose.

Visualize responsibly– sounds boring, eh?

When I say visualize responsibly what I mean is visualize consciously.  I’ll give you an example of visualizing unconsciously –  an acquaintance of mine really wanted to make a million dollars a year.  For him, this would be the pinnacle of success that would draw to him a hot chick and a mansion with a white picket fence.  He actively and impulsively took action on these dreams – guess what?  His idea to make a million dollars was based on a design he created (faulty because he had no clue what he was really designing) – he wanted a million dollars and he constantly received mail from reader’s digest and publisher’s clearing house to enter a contest to win a million dollars — a few people supported him in his design but refused to invest — so after a few years he was exhausted and bitter because he had not made over $25,000 in a year.  The hot chick who believed in his dreams had a personality disorder and ruined his life.

Where it is you dream and visualize what you want would be an interaction with Neptune and the Sun – Neptune can take you on a wild adventure through foggy swamp lands and into confusion or it take you on a spiritual journey into the unknown in which you gain your spiritual wings.

So, please – visualize responsibly, consciously and in specific detail.  Make it big, make it Juicy

The best place to visualize what you want is by being fully present.  You create what you want or don’t want in this moment – not in the past or in the future – right here, right now.   In this moment take a listen to your thoughts – what is going through your mind right now?  That will be your clue about what you are creating – and if you don’t like what you are attracting to you – then identifying your thoughts will be really helpful to you.  You will start to see a pattern if you watch long enough.

The more awareness you bring to these thoughts, the easier it will be to consciously create – you can totally reframe any thought that comes through your mind – you can let go of any core belief that causes you to make unhelpful choices.

This life is up to you – make it a good one.

Find Your Neutral

Are you feeling out of sorts?  Can’t gain any clarity?  Are you unable to stop ruminating about a situation or a person’s behavior?  Well, look no further —

I came across this very simple meditation/visualization to share with you that induces a state of clarity. This visualization was created by Colette Baron-Reid –you can check her out by clicking on her name. This is a free meditation I received through an email subscription — I’m going to share this meditation/visualization with you —

I’m tweaking it a bit.

Before you make a decision, access your intuitive guidance system or an oracle (Tarot for example) you want to be in a state of neutrality —

Remaining neutral means that you have no view or strong feeling either way in or regarding a conflict or disagreement —

It’s really hard to make a clear decision when you are in an emotional frenzy.

Just imagine what happens when you blow an emotional gasket — It’s like a dragon Scorched the land and a few people in its midst.  You feel a sense of relief — the people in your life do not feel relieved.

Here goes (it’s my version of Colette’s meditation):

1. Sit in a comfortable position — with your feet on the floor. Close your eyes.
2. Take three slow, deep breaths. You will find your body relaxing.
3. Identify how you feel — sometimes you feel sensations in your body and can’t identify an emotion —
let the sensations guide you to an emotion — are you angry? Sad? Upset? Anxious? Afraid?
4. What does this emotion look like? Imagine what the emotion looks like — what do you see?
5. Do you like it there? Do you want to stay there? Does it feel good? Most likely NO! You don’t want to be there
it’s pretty uncomfortable!
6. Imagine a mythical bird fly out of the sky — a helpful mythical bird big enough to support your weight and what does this bird look like? What message does this bird have
for you? Take note of this.
7. Now, you are going to hop on top of this bird — and this benevolent bird is going to fly into the blue sky and all you see around you is blue sky.
Look around you at the blue sky —
8. Look below to where you were and to the emotion that had trapped you — what does it look like now that you are high in the sky?
You will feel different —
9. You can use this meditation anytime you are feeling the need to find a state of neutrality and peace.

I started this meditation off feeling extremely irritated and impulsively wanted to tell a few people off.  That’s never a good sign — your mind convinces you it is the BEST idea ever to tell someone off– but trust me — it is the WORST idea.  Don’t buy into your own bullshit!

When I completed the meditation, I felt relaxed (parasympathetic nervous system reset) — I was able to see the situations and people for what they were (someone else’s situation — someone else’s problem).  I just got entangled in trying to unravel it!  Can anyone say co-dependent three times backwards?  Really fast?

What did I do?  Nothing.

If something was important enough to say — then this would be a good time to use wise mind communication style (assertive communication) — to address an issue — no one wants to be a doormat —

Thank you for reading.

If you try this meditation/visualization — tell me how you felt before and after — what do you do to find  your neutral and a sense of clarity?  I’d love to hear from you.
